Product Information

We try to provide accurate product names, images, descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, prices, and availability. However:

Shipping and Delivery

Batteries, inverters, solar panels, structures, heavy equipment, remote-area deliveries, and cargo shipments may take longer.

Shipping or cargo charges may depend on parcel size, weight, value, destination, handling requirements, and courier or transport service.

Receiving and Inspecting an Order

Customers should inspect the parcel and product as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If a parcel appears damaged, opened, incomplete, or incorrect:

• Take clear photographs or video of the parcel before and during opening
• Keep the original packaging, labels, invoice, and accessories

• Do not install, energize, alter, or repair a visibly damaged or incorrect product

Damage caused after delivery through mishandling, incorrect installation, reverse polarity, unsuitable voltage, water, impact, unauthorized repair, or misuse may not qualify as transit damage.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our published Refund and Returns Policy and applicable consumer requirements.

A return request may require:

• Product serial number
• Clear photographs or video
• Original packaging, manuals, accessories, and warranty materials

Change-of-mind returns are subject to prior approval and product condition.

Product Warranty

Sufi Electric Store will reasonably assist with valid warranty claims, but final repair or replacement decisions may depend on the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty procedure.

Installation and Technical Services

Installation, commissioning, site surveys, system design, wiring, civil work, transport, net-metering assistance, and after-sales visits may require separate quotations.

Customer estimates provided without a complete site inspection are preliminary. Final system design and cost may change after checking load, roof or installation space, cable routes, earthing, grid conditions, equipment compatibility, and safety requirements.

Net-metering approval, grid availability, electricity savings, solar generation, and backup time depend on external conditions and cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Electrical and Solar Safety

Electrical, solar, inverter, battery, and CCTV equipment should be selected and installed by a suitably skilled person.

Customers must not rely only on general website information for high-voltage wiring, battery communication, protection settings, cable sizing, earthing, or equipment commissioning.

Sufi Electric Store is not responsible for loss or damage caused by unauthorized installation, incorrect wiring, unsafe modifications, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
